Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Abhishek Furnishers, every project and product is crafted with precision, care, and attention to detail. Because our work is highly customized and tailored to each client’s requirements, our refund and cancellation terms are as follows:

1. Custom Interior Projects & Services
 
  • Once a project contract has been signed and work has commenced (including procurement of materials, design work, or labor allocation), payments are non-refundable.
  • In the event of cancellation before commencement, only the unused portion of the advance (after deducting design fees, procurement costs, or administrative expenses) may be refunded at our discretion.
     
2. Bespoke Furniture & Décor
 
  • All custom-made furniture and décor items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production begins, as they are crafted specifically for your order.
  • In case of cancellation before production, a refund may be issued after deducting design consultation fees and any material costs incurred.
     
3. Defects or Damages
 
  • We stand by the quality of our work. If any product or service is found defective or incomplete due to our workmanship, we will provide a repair, replacement, or rectification at no additional cost.
  • Refunds are not offered in such cases, as our policy is to resolve the issue with corrective work.
     
4. Advance Payments & Milestones
 
  • Advance payments made towards project initiation or material procurement are non-refundable.
  • For milestone-based projects, payments for completed stages will not be refunded, even if subsequent stages are canceled.
     
5. Discretionary Refunds
 
  • Any refund, partial or otherwise, outside the terms above will be solely at the discretion of Abhishek Furnishers.
